Your enquiry information
Hush Estates uses the trading name Complete Costa Del Sol. We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, message and the property you ask about so we can respond and discuss the services you request. We rely on steps taken at your request before an appointment and our legitimate interest in responding to general business enquiries.
Storage and sharing
Form enquiries are saved in our protected website enquiry inbox and sent to private@hushestates.com. Our notification service uses Supabase and IONOS; notifications are sent from our shared hello@spanishhomesforsale.es mailbox with your email address as Reply-To. Website hosting and storage providers process this information to operate the service. If you email us, our email provider also processes your message. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not ask you to send identity documents or bank details through this form.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, then review whether they should be deleted. Records connected to an appointment or transaction may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
Contact private@hushestates.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss restriction, objection or portability where applicable. We may need to verify your identity. You may also contact the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD, if you have a concern.
Translation and website operation
Google Translate links open public pages through Google's service under its own privacy terms. Automated translations may require clarification. Essential technical information is processed to deliver the website and protect access to its administration.
